Chef Kathy Lehr from Western Reserve School
of Cooking will demonstrate how to prepare and
creatively plate her favorite small bite dishes.
Not only will you sample these delicious
recipes, but you’ll learn how to plate them
on specially created, handmade serving
pieces, plus you’ll get to roam the gallery
and select a specially-made serving plate
created just for this event to take home.
Complimentary wine throughout the evening. The Art and
